Toasted bread with chocolate filling and vanilla custard

This recipe i created for breakfast menu or special ocassion.  Easy, quick, and delicious.  Believe me.


6 slices of sliced bread
Butter , at room temperatur
Blueberry jam
Fruit of Cherry

Chocolate filling
½ cup full milk
200 gr dark cooking chocolate

1 and 1/3 cup water
2/3 white sweetened condensed milk
2 teaspoon vanilla essence
1 tablespoon custard powder

1.      For chocolate filling,  fill a saucepan on the heat with milk.  Add dark cooking chocolate.  Gently stir until chocolate melts becomes thick mixture.  Remove from heat.  As a sauce, place 1 or two spoons of chocolate sauce on serving plate as garnish. Chill remain until the sauce becomes firm enough.
2.      For custard, Blend custard powder in 1/3 cup water. Place 1 cup water and condensed milk in a small bowl on the heat.  Gently Stir until mixed well.  Add the custard mixture to the bowl  and gently stir until  thick.
3.      For toast, fill pasta chocolate in each couple sliced bread.  Butter two sides of bread. Toast the bread until golden brown in two sides toaster.
4.      To serve, place toasted bread on plate with chocolate garnish.  Garnish with custard,  blueberry jam and fruit of cherry.
